Discover free or low-cost programs in our community — from parent workshops and health services to family events that connect you with other caregivers and support networks.

VELA – Parenting support for children with disabilities (Austin) Offers free, interactive courses, support groups, workshops, and case management for parents of children with disabilities. Available in English and Spanish, online or in-person in Austin, with no insurance required. Cursos, grupos de apoyo y talleres gratuitos en inglés y español, presenciales y en línea.

Partners in Parenting & Strong Start (Austin) PIP hosts free meet‑ups for new parents, while Strong Start offers no-cost individual parenting classes for children age. Ofrecen grupos de apoyo para nuevos padres y clases individuales gratuitas de crianza para niños de 0–11 años.

Any Baby Can – Parenting classes (Austin) Trauma-informed, family-centered classes and supports that build parent confidence in areas like communication, discipline, and bonding.
